“ Scaratielli, Cannoli, Chiacchiere, Pastorelle, Struffoli! For each kind of desserts there are different ingredients depending on the recipes given in each different local village. Each family in Cilento often keeps “ the secret “ about how to make an excellent dessert or cream. The Lab will introduce, depending on the season, one of the traditional desserts – thus – guiding each member from the start of the making process until the final steps of cream stuffing or cake decoration /design.
